Chimney Springs

Chimney Springs, a wealthy private enclave on the outskirts of Marietta, was founded in 1975. Cotton growers used to frequent the region before then. The area is now made up of peaceful residential lanes that have been beautifully groomed to provide a comfortable semi-rural ambiance. Chimney Springs houses are single-family homes with a range of exteriors ranging from solid brick to elegant wood paneling. Chimney Springs houses have a pleasantly comfortable cabin-in-the-woods feel thanks to partially treed grounds. They range in architecture from traditional Colonial homes with brick exteriors and arched windows to contemporary Craftsman homes that exemplify suburban life. Many of these houses include large rooms, hardwood floors, French doors, and contemporary kitchens on the inside. Some of these houses were designed with your leisure time in mind, with solariums and window seats where you can cozy up with a book or watch a movie. Chimney Springs real estate offers all of the advantages of living in a private neighborhood, plus more. The Chimney Springs Home Owners Association operates the Clubhouse, which hosts a variety of community activities where new homeowners may meet their neighbors and long-time residents can catch up with old acquaintances. Chimney Springs residents have a plethora of facilities to select from. Bike lanes, swimming pools, jogging pathways, and tennis/basketball courts are just a few of the options. It’s a neighborhood of single-family houses with well-kept lawns and pleasant neighbors. It also boasts some excellent schools and provides a convenient commute as well as access to key commercial areas. The area’s biggest attractions are probably the beautiful lake area, three mini-parks, its cul-de-sac islands, and greenbelt areas. Chimney Lake even isn’t huge, but it has a magnificent fountain in the middle and provides for a lovely vista. Bike lanes, jogging trails, Chimney Lake, swimming pools, playgrounds, basketball courts, and tennis courts are just a few of the fascinating on-site attractions. Despite its rustic appearance, this neighborhood is in an excellent location.
